malomatia introduces HRMS, customized to new Qatari HR Law
Over 100 officials from HR, Personnel, Finance and IT departments of nearly 60 Qatari government entities, attended a workshop organized by specialized local IT Service Provider, malomatia, in collaboration with Egypt based Raya International and Oracle.
The workshop was organized to introduce Human Resources Management System (HRMS) that has been customized by malomatia and Raya International in accordance with the new Qatari Human Resources Law No 8 of 2009, issued on April 4, 2009 — A quantum leap in the field of human resources management, the law addresses the disparities that existed earlier among various public institutions by reviewing and restructuring clerical scales. The customized HRMS thus, enables government entities within the State of Qatar, to seamlessly adopt the new Qatari HR law.
Speaking on the occasion, Yousef Al Naama, Deputy CEO, malomatia, said, “IT in government is rapidly emerging thanks to the efforts of the nation’s visionary leadership that has supported this area as a priority initiative — We at malomatia are proud to be a part of this progress by providing our local experience and high quality technical services in government IT. As an outcome of the strategic partnership between Raya and malomatia, a specialized HR team studied and updated the latest Oracle ‘e-Business Suite R12’ software with special reporting features which allow government departments to obtain customized reports
