malomatia delivers a highly effective presentation during workshop on Documents Digitization Project

The Ministry of Transportation and Communication has organized a workshop for all government entities and authorities in the state of Qatar today at Marriott Marquis City Center Hotel to introduce the framework agreement for Government Documents Digitization.

Over 130 representatives of all government entities have attended this successful event, which included speeches from Mr. Hassan Al-Sayed, Assistant Undersecretary of Information Technology and Mr. Abdulaziz Zeid Rashid Al-Taleb, Director of Government Procurement Regulations, Ministry of Finance on the framework agreement and methods and procedures of procurement with malomatia being the winning company of this Tender.

Additionally, a technical and comprehensive presentation was delivered by Mrs. Bedour Al-Tamimi, Head of Practice – malomatia Digitization and eRecord Management, when she has elaborated on malomatia expertise, services and the benefits of working malomatia. The event was also, attended by Mr. Yousef Al-Naama, Member of Board and Managing Director of malomatia along with the company’s management team and staff.
