Jassim Al-Khanji heads the Contact center business at malomatia. He has over 27 years of experience in customer service in Utilities & Telecom ranging from Field support to Contact centers.
Al-Khanji is a strong people’s person and values client relationship management and development. He has grown the Contact center business six folds since he joined malomatia.
His experience is focused on delivering high value to our clients through excellence in customer service engagements.
Before joining malomatia, Al-Khanji was managing Ooredoo Qatar’s Contact Center for Business Solutions and Al Nokbha customers, and he was playing a key role in improving service delivery and customer experience.
He also successfully led the Hosted solution business for Ooredoo Qatar Contact Center pitching and acquiring new business.
Prior to Ooredoo, Al-Khanji led the Field Service Team of Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa), achieving higher efficiency at a lower reduced cost. In addition, Al Khanji has also played a key role in forecasting provisioning and planning supply chain. He was also a member of Contracts Review Committee for the Corporation.
Al-Khanji has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Qatar University.
