• Hamad Ibrahim Al-Qayed worked in energy sector for more 19 years.
• Al-Qayed has extensive experience in a wide range of fields of Information Technology, Human Resources, Talents Management and Operational Excellence & Corporate Strategic Planning.
• Al-Qayed was appointed as a Director of Information Technology & Telecommunication Department of Qatar Petroleum in November 2017.
• He has previously held many senior positions in Ras Gas Limited such as Executive Director of Information Technology, Executive Director of Planning and Strategy and Director of Administrative Support. In addition to the Manger of IT department for Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO).
• Al-Qayed graduated from Qatar University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, 2000, and has master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
