• Mr. Al-Dossary is the Director of Financial Systems and Information Department at the Ministry of Finance (MoF).
• Al-Dossary was born in Doha, 14th January 1979. He has completed his education at the Technical College in Doha and obtained a Higher Diploma in Information Technology, that is in addition to his bachelor’s degree from Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the field of Financial and Banking Management.

Previous Experience and Positions:

• Head of the Technical and Support Unit at Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA), July 2001 to August 2007.
• Head of Technical Support at Alkaliji Bank, August 2007 to May 2011.
• Director of Technical services and Operations Department, Qatar Islamic Bank, May 2011 to -2014.
• Director of Technical Services and Operations Department, National Health Insurance Company, May 2014 – June 2016.
