• Ayman Elfatih Yousif, Chief Legal Officer at malomatia, leverages his extensive 22-year international legal career to provide legal counsel to business units, senior management, and the Board of Directors. Specializing in Direct Investments, Corporate and Commercial Law, Telecommunications, and IT regulations, Mr. Yousif has held senior legal positions with leading regional and international telecom companies across the Middle East, North Africa, and the United States.
• Since joining malomatia, Mr. Yousif has played a key role in closing numerous contracts for national digital transformation programs, including Hukoomi (Qatar Government Official Portal), Al-Nadeeb (Qatar Customs Clearance Single Window Solution), and Al-Meezan (Qatar Official Legal Portal), among others. He has also spearheaded the establishment of several subsidiaries and operational offices for malomatia across the globe.
• Prior to joining malomatia, Mr. Yousif served as Senior Counsel at a prominent regional telecom entity, where he oversaw legal matters related to interconnection, international services, financial agreements, and more. Mr. Yousif holds an LLB Degree from the University of Cairo, Faculty of Law, and an LLM Degree from Washington College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of New York and Sudan, actively participating in the American, New York, and Sudan Bar Associations.
