Ali Rashid AL-Mohanadi

• Mr. Al-Mohandi is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Qatar National Bank (QNB) and he has been in this position since January 2012.
• Al-Mohanadi joined QNB in 1996 and was promoted to various positions in IT management until he became General Manger of the IT Department in 2008. Under his leadership, he has implemented several initiatives that have made QNB one of the leading banks in the field of electronics services.
• He is a member of the bank’s International Expansion Committee. He has contributed to the opening of QNB branches in Oman, Kuwait, Yemen, Singapore, Geneva, London and Paris.
• In 2010 Al-Mohanadi was appointed as General Manager of Personal Banking Department. He has played a leading role in the expansion of the bank’s local branches network, as well as the development of services for QNB First Customers.
• QNB has won a number of local and regional awards during his leadership and management: Best Mobile App Award, at the Qatar IT conference and Exhibition QITCOM, in recognition of the bank’s leading role in enhancing mobile payment services in Qatar and in the Region. Best Mobile Payment App Award for One Touch Pay Card services at the Ceremony of Mobile Easy Smart Card Awards, 2012.
• Al-Mahanadi is a Member of the Board of Directors for QNB Tunisia, QNB Turkey, QNB Egypt and other committees within QNB Group.
