Abdalla Ibrahim Al-Emadi

• Mr. Al-Emadi is the Assistant Undersecretary for Services Affairs, Ministry of Public Health (MoPH).
• Joined the (MoPH) in 2016 and chaired a range of service departments including Financial, Information Systems, Procurement, Human Resources and Services Department.
• A member of several committees at the health sector, the Manpower Planning Committee and the Financial Planning Committee. These committees have contributed accomplishing many achievements and unified efforts in the sector to support the national strategy for health and Qatar Vision 2030 and which in turn will be in the interest of the State of Qatar.
• A member of the Board of Directors in Community College of Qatar.
• Worked at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) for more than 25 years in several leadership positions.
• He began his career as an Information Systems Specialist in the Department of Health Information Systems and became a Project Manager. He continued his career as an Assistant and then as an Executive Director of the Information Systems Department where he worked on the strategic planning of (HMC) for Information Technology using the best international expertise and competencies.
• Chief Information Technology Officer at (HMC); the highest position in the IT sector, the most important of which resulted in the implementation of HMC’s IT program in partnership with Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) and the implementation & deployment of a world-class, high-quality healthcare system in all hospitals in HMC and PHCC.
• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and Systems from the University of Southern California, USA in December 1984.
