Scale AI and Qatar’s malomatia Announce Multi-year Commitment to Deliver Sovereign AI Capabilities
DOHA, QATAR – 9 December 2025 – Scale AI, a humanity-first company pioneering the foundation for leading AI models worldwide, and malomatia, Qatar’s trusted IT services and solutions provider, today announced a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at accelerating AI application deployment and advancing national AI initiatives in alignment with the GovAI Program.
The MoU establishes a framework to co-deliver AI solutions, foster local AI talent, and enhance Qatar’s AI capabilities with global best practices. The collaboration will leverage Scale AI global expertise in building, deploying, and evaluating cutting-edge AI applications alongside malomatia’s deep market knowledge and skilled local workforce.
The three-year framework outlines several key areas for immediate and future cooperation:
Co-Delivery of Advanced AI Use Cases: With a focus on the co-development and rapid deployment of AI applications to unlock large, complex opportunities for Qatar’s government entities by leveraging Scale AI’s technical excellence and malomatia’s local expertise.
Strategic Insight and Global AI Benchmarking: Scale AI and malomatia will maintain a high-level dialogue to identify the latest global best practices and share Scale AI’s frontier AI capabilities, in support of Qatar’s national AI strategy.
Injecting Global Standards and Accelerating Time-to-Value: Scale AI will integrate its world-class AI capabilities with malomatia’s local, specialized teams for delivery and support, leveraging complementary technical capabilities to deliver best-in-class project reliability and accelerated time-tovalue
Building Qatar’s AI Talent: Through ongoing knowledge transfer and structured training to strengthen the national AI workforce.
