Qatar Post and malomatia Partner to Launch SAIE “AI-Powered Solutions” Transforming Staff Experience and Postal Operations
Doha, Qatar – 10 December 2025 – Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post), the national provider of postal services across Qatar, in collaboration with malomatia, Qatar’s trusted IT provider and National Champion AI Systems Integrator, announced the launch of innovative AI-driven solutions at the World AI Summit Qatar.
This strategic partnership reflects a shared vision to accelerate digital transformation, enhance customer engagement, and streamline operations in alignment with Qatar’s National Vision 2030.
In collaboration with Qatar Post, malomatia and Microsoft, the AI-powered solutions showcased this week were:
- AI Staff Assistant
An intelligent conversational platform enables Qatar Post staff to interact with an AI Assistant in real-time via audio or text to obtain assistance with internal policies and procedures, and to request services through an integrated workflow engine that manages each request separately, all within a single chat session.
A similar use case of AI Assistant will apply to all Qatar Post digital channels to provide a better customer experience for the citizens and residents of the State of Qatar.
- Automated Customs Declaration for Parcels
AI-driven automation that extracts and processes data from parcel documentation, eliminating manual work and accelerating customs clearance through seamless integration with customs systems.
