• Mr. Mubarak serves as the Director of the Single Window directorate at the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MOCI), where he is responsible for leading digital transformation, driving cost efficiency, and implementing AI-driven initiatives to enhance services for investors and businesses.
• Prior to his current role, he was the Assistant Director of CLM & Catalogues at Ooredoo, where he managed over 15 IT platforms and led AI-driven Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives that aligned technology strategy with business growth objectives.
• During his tenure at Qatar Foundation, he played a key role in the digital transformation, successfully implementing an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system to centralize digital records and establishing internal controls to ensure IT deployments met strategic business goals.
• Mr. Mubarak began his career at Ras Gas Company Limited in Human Resources department, where he successfully run the E-Filling system to ease access for employees personnel files and information
• Mr. Alkhelaifi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Qatar University.
