• Ms. Manal Al-Mohannadi is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of
  experience in Human Resources Management. Her expertise spreads over all
  dimensions of the human capital domain, such as talent acquisition, learning and
  development, rewards and workforce planning, and strategic HR
  implementations and integrations.
• Ms. Manal joined malomatia in 2023 as a Senior Consultant for People Relations
  & Rewards. Since joining the organization, she led the transformation initiatives
  aimed at improving the company’s culture with a goal to make malomatia a
  performance-based organization. With the support of malomatia management,
  Ms. Manal will play a huge role in making the company a people focused
  environment to enable employees to reach their full potential.
• Before joining malomatia, Ms. Manal held several key Human Capital leadership
  roles from the Oil & Gas and Real Estate industries. Ms. Manal holds Bachelor
  degree from Qatar University in Computer Science, and a Diploma in Human
  Resources from Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
