• Ilkka Olavi Kivelä is a seasoned strategy and transformation leader with over 25 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Sales, and Digital Transformation. He has held senior roles in both corporate and consulting environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of business strategy and execution.
• Kivelä joined malomatia in 2024, where he plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s corporate strategy. His responsibilities include overseeing transformation initiatives, managing strategic investments and acquisitions, and driving enterprise risk management. His leadership is crucial in translating malomatia’s strategic objectives into actionable plans that align with the overall business strategy.
• Before joining malomatia, Mr. Kivelä served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Innovation at SITA, where he led strategic planning, sales transformation, and innovation initiatives. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director at Protiviti, leading Digital Transformation in the Middle East. He also spent over two decades at Accenture, managing large-scale digital strategy and technology projects across the Nordics, Middle East, and Turkey. He has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Vaasa, Finland.
