• Bassam Fadol serves as the Chief of Digital Services at malomatia, where he guides the digital services division with a commitment to strategic growth, service excellence, and the cultivation of team expertise. His responsibility extends to shaping the division’s go-to-market strategies and overseeing the delivery of services. Mr. Fadol brings a wealth of experience in IT strategy, the leadership of transformative initiatives, and the oversight of significant software deployments.
• Since his start at malomatia in 2009, Mr. Fadol has employed his broad consulting knowledge to spearhead the development and implementation of business-critical applications, thereby enhancing malomatia’s role as a reliable facilitator of digital transformation within Qatar, aiding numerous entities in navigating their digital journeys.
• Before joining malomatia, he served in a senior technology role at Accenture in Chicago, where he engaged with multiple industry verticals, honing skills in project estimation, planning, and execution. Mr. Fadol’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Architecture Engineering from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, complemented by a Master’s in Computer Science from Bradley University in Illinois.
