• Hassan Al-Sayed is currently occupying the position of Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Post. He held the position of Advisor to the Minister and Chairman of the Artificial Intelligence Committee at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. He previously led the implementation of e-government strategies and associated national programs, overseeing digital transformation plans in government institutions.
• He has supervised the implementation of numerous large-scale national projects to develop and enhance the efficiency of the government sector.
• Mr. Al-Sayed has over 30 years of experience in the field of information technology
• Al-Sayed also chairs the General Assembly of Qatar Post.
• Before joining the Ministry, he worked at Qatar Telecom (Ooredoo) as Technical Support Manager in the IT Department.
• Al-Sayed holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom and a Diploma in Computer Science from Qatar University.
