Fadel Al Najjar is heading malomatia’s Finance, Human Resources, and General Services departments.

In his present role, he is responsible for managing the organization’s Finance, Human Capital & Administration, Procurement, and General Services teams ─ Establishing, guiding, integrating the departmental functions, and aligning them to malomatia’s corporate governance including matrix of authority, the Finance, HR Strategy, Policies & Procedures. He is also responsible for the company’s business analysis, design, implementation, and updating the system, process, and regulatory documents.

Assigned special roles for several critical projects, Fadel is also spearheading Oracle ERP System Implementation, PeopleSoft ERP system implementation.

With over 11 years of experience in the industry, Fadel specializes in local finance issues and challenges. He has held several senior finance positions for some of the leading Qatari undertakings. Before joining malomatia he was working for Qatar Fertiliser Company (QAFCO) as Head of Accounts Division.

Fadel has a BSc Degree in Administrative Science & Economics, majoring in Accounts.
