We provided our delivery team to ict QATAR to manage the development of the Strategy and Business Case for the Government Resources Planning (GRP) initiative with main stakeholders being Ministry of Finance and the General Secretariat for Council of Ministers. We are also managing the delivery of the Design Phase for the GRP initiative.

This initiative will automate and integrate Human and Finance Resources Planning systems across all government entities providing a consolidated and automated workflow that is fully transparent, less time consuming and paper free. The system will help both end users in making and processing more efficient transactions and decision makers to better plan and control resources across the entire government. The initiative will serve all G2E and G2G domains.
