We managed the delivery of the Design Phase for Employment and Recruitment Services (E&R) with main stakeholders being Ministry of Labour and ictQATAR. We are also managing the delivery of the Implementation Phase for this initiative.

Official job recruitment site for the State of Qatar, this initiative will add significant value and transparency to Government’s Recruitment Process from Employers and Jobseekers perspectives. When fully automated, the E&R e-services will save time, human effort and resources to identify the right candidate for a vacancy. It will spare Jobseekers the same resources while applying for a job. This Initiative will also offer additional value-added services like CV writing, Career Guidance and providing information on Labour laws, E&R regulations, procedures and pre-employment training opportunities.
