malomatia Receives TRACE Intermediary Membership
As part of its steadfast commitment towards transparent and ethical local, regional and international commercial transactions, leading Qatari Technology Solutions Provider, malomatia,has acquired a TRACE Intermediary Membership.
TRACE is an internationally recognized non-profit membership association that pools resources to provide practical and cost-effective anti-bribery compliance solutions for multinational companies and their commercial intermediaries (sales agents and representatives, consultants, distributors, suppliers, etc.)
To gain membership, malomatia has adopted a code of conduct, completed an anti-bribery training course and will be updating its due diligence information annually. Amongst many other benefits, its membership provides malomatia with country-specific gifts and hospitality guidelines, model compliance policies and procedures, best practices research, anti-bribery training programs and an annual forum for in-house counsel and anti-bribery workshops.
